MANILA, Philippines — The “Libreng Sakay,” or free journey, program on the Edsa Busway Carousel will proceed till July 31 despite the fact that the Service Contracting Part 3 of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) will finish on June 30.
The LTFRB, which is implementing the undertaking, made the announcement in a press release issued on Wednesday.
In accordance with the assertion, 118 routes in Metro Manila underneath Part 3 had already ended underneath the 2022 Basic Appropriations Act (GAA) and 28 different routes will finish on June 30.
The prolonged free journey program will begin at 4:00 a.m. and finish at 11 p.m. each day, the LTFRB mentioned.
