About Tara…
As a mum of two, plus 20 years of instructing in schooling… Tara is properly outfitted to share her instructing meditation journey with others. She has taken the total Linked Children programme and now affords programs for folks to professionals who want to educate children and teenagers meditation. She affords on-line instructing (zoom) classes and programs within the Nottingham space of the UK. She continues to assist children and teenagers be taught meditation by way of her tutoring apply.
